Bio

i was found wandering alone on state road 185, when the sheriff for the humane society picked me up. that was in early october 2005. being knee-height to most humans, I was not wanted as a guard or fighting dog, and being over two years old many people did not see me as a family dog, they mostly want puppies for that. The shelter waited as long as they could and finally scheduled me for transfer in mid january. tranfer, meaning, to another facility to be euthanized. the day before i was to be shipped out a family called to find out more about me. they loved me right from the start and took me home the next day. that's the happy ended. and that is all my humans really know about me before i became a member of the family. from here on out, it's a new story.
